3 bedroom house near the ski resorts and the beach.
My wife and I live in the small village of Montfort Sur Boulzane on the borders of the Pyrennees Oriental and Aude. We live with our two friendly Collies Tilly and Basil and our cat Bushka.
We live 10 metres from the bar and restaurant and 50 meters from the bus stop. There are mountain walkes and bike rides from our door.
Our large garden with it's furniture and day round sun is available for your use.
My wife and I are both young 50 year olds. I am very fit and ride my bikes a lot and we have good mountain bikes for our guests to use. My wife is an excellent cook and can teach her skills to anyone that is interested.
For winter activities there are several ski slopes less than an hours drive and the Med' and it's beaches are only an hour away.
The bustling maket town of Quillan is 35 minutes away and Perpignon and Carcassonne are both an hours drive from us.

We are British and I speak intermediate French. Parking for one car in our garage and there is plenty of street parking

About the Area
Our house is at the centre of the village and is famous for it's mushrooms and wild Boar. Across the street we have a bar and restaurant.
We are an hour from Perpignon and Carcassonne and their airports. We will drive our guests for days out but there is a village bus every week day that enables access to the city busses that are only 1 eur per journey.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
