When visiting Toulouse, Grenade, Cahors, Carcassonne, I highly recommend staying in the small Village of Montaigut. I enjoy sports and painting. I will be more than happy to give you some tips to enjoy your trip in our area.
In a peacefull Green environment, you can enjoy the property that is nearby the village center (2 min walking). You will find a bakery, bookstore, drugstore... but also a bus STOP that will drive you to Toulouse CENTRE and if you like nature, the huge BOUCONNE forest will distract you with all its infrastructures as playgrounds; tennis, basket, football and mini golf courses; public pool; horse riding club; running tracks.
Fantastic view, nice modern house with its covered swimming pool that allows you to swim even when the weather is bad.
The area is quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
You can practice your yoga/Pilates on the top wood terrace.
Enter to the private property and park in the Duplex parking place.
Airport/AIRBUS training centre are located 20 min driving from our place.
Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Sissi offers qualified language instruction in her native language French. One hour of instruction costs 20.00 EUR. The classes will be given by the family member at the accommodation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
