Beautiful two bedroom cottage with period features sitting in the grounds of 2 acres with lake our large house opposite the cottage with two bedrooms so can sleep 4 we have room with two single beds and one double bedroom but we like to let to friends or family or singles , couples for bed breakfast as our quirky home have low ceilings up stairs and therefor curtains for doors, you have use of lounge kitchen and ding room, house has large open fireplace with log burner.
The accommodation of this cottage comprises a cozy lounge with Sumptuous Quality Leather Suite and satellite tv and a overhead fan to keep you cool. Dining room with Antique Furniture, Fully equipped kitchen, and 2 first floor bedrooms, Large luxury bathroom on the ground floor with Large walk in Shower. The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven - fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter, kettle, toaster etc.

We are in a country position just oustide of the village of mouliherne on the D767 following on from D58 .
This is a choice of different ways to reach us.
You can fly via www.ryanair.com from Stanstead to Tours, or via Eastern Air from Southampton to Angers Marce which is 20 mins from here. Car Hire Avaliable online when booking flights..
If you prefer to fly direct into Paris via various airlines where you pick up the TGV at the airport which takes 1hr 20 mins to Le Mans. Car Hire Avaliable online when booking flights..
If you use the channel crossing your closest options are Portsmouth to Caen or Le Harvre (www.brittanyferries.com or www.ldlines.com) it is approx less than 3 hours to reach us. You can get good deals on www.speedferries.com from Dover to Bologne (4hr 30mins from us and a quick 50min crossing. Also from Dover to Calais there are several cheap ferries and Calais is 5 hrs from us.
You can also take the tunnel, www.eurotunnel.com from Folkestone to Calais and Eurostar to Lille and then TGV to Tours, Saumur or Le Mans.

Our Home is accessed by large electric gates to the front please keep these closed there is secure covered allocated parking , please keep all communal areas clean and tidy on day of departure please vacate by 10am

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
