INTERNAL RULES

GENERAL
The client accepts and undertakes to comply with said regulations, the provisions of which apply both to himself and to any occupant.

DECENCY
The host reserves the right not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and / or negligent, whose dress is intended to conceal the face (Law N ° 2010-1192 of October 11, 2010), having a noisy behavior, incorrect and/or alcoholic, or whose behavior is contrary to morality and/or public order. ARRIVAL
Anyone staying in the establishment must present a valid identity document at check-in. Failing this, the hotelier may
refuse to rent her a room and/or cancel the reservation she had made.
Foreign residents, including accompanying persons and adolescents over 15 years of age, must complete
an “individual police file”. The information contained therein is framed by the "entry and
residence of foreigners and the right to asylum”, article R.611-42.
People who have booked through an agency must provide proof.
The hotelier will ask for a flat-rate guarantee per night to cover extras.

ROOM OCCUPANCY
All reservations are nominative and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or against payment. All
reservation for others must be made out in the name of the third party holder of the stay.
The client may not introduce into the room third parties not known to the hotelier without the latter's authorisation.
Any luggage remaining in a room without renewal of the rental after 12:00 p.m. will be removed from the room and
can be picked up by its owner at the hotel reception.
Access to the rooms must be left at least once a day so that the hotel staff can clean them,
unless expressly requested by the customer.
Given the regulations relating to fire safety, the customer cannot reserve a room for a number of
person than that planned and/or have the room occupied by a number of people greater than that for which
it is planned.

KEYS & ACCESS BADGES
The access key to the room is/are assigned personally, it is advisable to take care of it and to report to the host immediately any loss or disappearance. An identity verification will be automatically requested in the event of renewal of these.
The customer must not entrust his key to a third party and must return it on the day of departure.
The customer does not introduce into the hotel any person foreign to it.

RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer accepts and undertakes to use the room as well as the common areas made available to him in a manner
reasonable. Any behavior contrary to the principles of safety and/or hygiene, morality and/or public order
may lead the hotelier to ask the Customer to leave the establishment.
Children are the full responsibility of their parents. Any damage or nuisance caused intentionally or
involuntarily must be paid by the person who reserved the room, unless the latter establishes an external cause.

PAYMENT
The Customer pays his room bills and incidental costs according to the frequency set by the host.

PROHIBITIONS
For security reasons and out of respect for everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the hotel.
In accordance with the Public Health Code in its provisions setting the conditions for the application of the smoking ban
in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the hotel exposes the customer to the fine provided for contraventions of the
third class or legal action.
Penalties equal to a maximum of the price of the reserved room may be applied if the Customer does not respect
the posting prescribing the prohibition of smoking in his room.
For obvious safety reasons, it is forbidden to use gas or electric appliances such as
for example: stoves, electric plates, etc. The equipment made available to the customer in the room must be
used in accordance with their purpose.
It is strictly forbidden to bring illicit objects or substances into the rooms and any part of the establishment.

the tranquility of other customers (megaphones, horns, etc.).
It is forbidden to run, roll (skates, scooter, etc.) or shout in the establishment, day or night, to hang laundry in the windows, to throw any object out of the window and in general to have a behavior that may cause any type of harm to hotel guests, hotel employees and/or the hotel's reputation.
Any shooting of other occupants of the hotel or staff is prohibited, except with the express consent of the persons
concerned.
The host may, if he deems it appropriate, remove any alcoholic beverage from the room's minibar, particularly in the event of drunkenness.

Any damage caused in the room or in the various spaces occupied during the stay may be directly
billed to the customer.

NUISANCES
For the respect and rest of the other customers, the customer and his companions must take care not to slam the doors or to
make noise especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a customer, one of his companions or an animal placed under his responsibility, may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment, without the need to carry out acoustic measurements, when the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of the clientele (art. R1334-30 and R-1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any compensation offered to a third party following the noise caused by a client may be invoiced to him.
A room is a place of rest, all trade is strictly prohibited. It is also forbidden to cook in it.

SECURITY
For your safety, this establishment is under video control (Internal Security Code, article L251-1 to L255-2 & R251-1 to
R253-4). Customers must comply with the safety guidelines and instructions in the event of a claim or according to the provisions in force.

PENALTIES
In the event of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the host may immediately expel the client and all the people who share his stay. He may also refuse any future booking.
It is reminded that the customer can seize the mediator of consumption if he considers having to contest the decision of the hotelier in

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
