House Rules

Rules of procedure

Welcome !

Here are some rules and tips that will be useful for you to have the best possible stay.

This apartment is a non-smoking place.

As soon as you leave the premises, even briefly (for shopping, for example), we ask that you close the shutters of the living room (4 "bayonet" anchors), as well as those of the bedroom, after having removed the large mosquito net (which you can put it back later). In addition to a question of security, this will allow you to preserve the freshness of the apartment.
Also remember to lock the entrance doors (the one to your accommodation and the one outside). If necessary, you can also (in order to avoid any problem of loss during your outings and activities) leave your keychain in the secure key box fixed outside the front door and for which you have the code, that we change with each new host.

When you arrive at night, you have a switch at the back of the right pillar of the gate, which allows you to light up the entrance door of the villa, to facilitate the recovery of the keys and the entry into the premises (be careful, the outside button corresponds to the doorbell with us).

Opening/closing the bay window: It requires a little attention. The tight-fitting central felt seal hinders the complete closure of the panels. A slight pressure/pull at the overlap is enough to solve this inconvenience and thus bring the panels to their total closure.

If you use air conditioning, please remember to make sure that, throughout the apartment, the windows, door and bay window are properly closed. On the remote control, please only use the visible buttons.

Remember to turn off the lights when you leave each room.

Switching on the gas for the kitchen: The electric hob and oven of the cooker are working. You can also use gas. As we do not have city gas in this part of the villa, you have at your disposal a gas bottle, fitted with a safety button on the regulator of the bottle, which must be activated to be able to use it. to use.

You will find a complement of cutlery and utensils in the drawer of the kitchen table located closest to the sink.

Combined microwave: You will find an instruction manual on the appliance.

For obvious security reasons in this region, outdoor barbecues and grills are prohibited.

Waste separation :
- If you wish, you can throw everything organic (vegetable peelings, fruit, etc.) on the compost in the northwest corner of the garden, behind the house, next to the fence.
In addition, three bins in the recesses of the wall on the street (one of which is closed by a metal door) are at your disposal for other waste:
- The yellow bin for all paper, magazines, cardboard and bricks.
- The gray bin for plastic bottles exclusively (water, milk, plastic bottles such as detergent, etc.), including plastic caps.
- The green bin for household waste, put in well-closed bags. Attention, in this city all cans, cans, trays are to be put with household waste.
- The glass must be placed separately in the crate to the left of the gate, and there are specific containers everywhere in town.

Internet and Wi-Fi:
You can connect your laptop directly to the box via Ethernet using an appropriate CPL socket, and you have free WIFI access, with or without a code.

Practical and tourist information is available in the black binders in the toilets, as well as reading material and board games for all ages on the shelf in the living room.

We thank you in advance for leaving this apartment clean and tidy when you leave (because we have chosen not to ask for additional cleaning costs) with the exception of the beds, which we prefer that you do not unpack.

We wish you an excellent stay!
