" Crazy charming house and its small private restaurant "
Welcome to Marie and Bernard in the Sud-Landes department in New Aquitaine (40).
We are parents and grandparents in their fifties.
In a preserved setting, surrounded by nature, we launched a year and a half ago, in short-term accommodation with a private catering service, where all our dishes are made from fresh products from neighboring farms. .
AT THIS TIME AND THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, we invite you to regain possession of the lost joys of going to a restaurant, while spending the night in a charming maisonette. You can, after having tasted the local delicacies that we will have served you, if you wish, indulge in stargazing in the evening; share good times with family, friends or lovers until early in the morning before resting.
We can also serve you during your stay with full board: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Brunch on weekends.
Our Dinner + Overnight formula is available from 30 euros per person for catering + 50 euros overnight stay for up to 5 people.
On request, we can cook more noble and sophisticated menus for you, with more luxurious products such as: Foie gras; Local duck breast, beef rib or rib steak, beef tournedos; Roast duck; Guinea fowl, Champagne... Contact us to see our different offers and formulas.
If you wish to make a getaway in a quiet place protected from any nuisance in order to be able to find yourself alone or, on the contrary, with family, friends or lovers, this space will be dedicated to you. Our experience in this profession of family tourism and gastronomy has brought us many congratulations and the most complimentary comments on different platforms.

About the Area
My property extends over fifteen hectares of agricultural land and three hectares of forest, in a very small neighborhood of five or six houses far apart from each other, between two small villages of around 300 souls. Calm, rest, tranquility, clean air are qualifiers that stick perfectly to this place.

House Rules
OFFER YOURSELF VEGETABLES AND FRUITS FROM OUR OWN GARDEN AND ORCHARD.
In season, you can get fruits and vegetables grown with passion and without any chemicals from our vegetable garden and orchard. A piggy bank is available at the entrance to the vegetable garden in which you can deposit your participation in our efforts if you wish. There is no obligation or fixed or imposed price. It's up to "your good heart" as they say.
BABY SITTING
We have raised 5 children and are also grandparents. So if you want to spend a romantic evening at the restaurant, or spend a few hours in complete privacy between you, we offer you to keep your tender cherubs free of charge. Contact us.
ACCEPTED ANIMALS
We have animals { Dogs and cats ) and we therefore accept dogs and cats from our travelers. BUT ONLY SMALL and MEDIUM DOGS up to 15 Kg and sociable enough to live with our own animals and also please NO MORE than 1 animal.
Only animals that are clean and respectful of the premises will be allowed to sleep in the bungalow (except bedrooms). This arrangement may be revoked at any time if the terms are not met. Flower beds, gardens and the vegetable patch must also be respected.
As such we ask for a PACKAGE of 10 euro / day in order to provide for the additional cleaning that this causes. Payment will be made on site.
Passenger access
You will have access to the whole accommodation as well as to its entire private garden of 1500 m2 and of course free leisure to walks in complete freedom on all of our property.

IMPORTANT
We do not charge cleaning fees. We therefore ask our kind travelers to return the places as they found them.
All the necessary cleaning is at your disposal in the bungalow.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
