The homestay consists of three adjacent villas, each of the them the same type. Each Villa is a complete house, having three bedrooms each. Presently I stay here with my husband, who retired from the Indian Army as a colonel , and my mother (78 years old, but very active ). We stay in one of the villas while the other two villas will be used for the Guests, thus giving the guests lot of privacy. Thus, while staying close by to look after the guests, the guests enjoy their privacy too.
Once you enter the compound walls of Varick Villa you will feel cut off from the noise of the outside world and tranquility and serenity prevails!
Each Villa has 3 bedrooms, a Parlor, dining room and Kitchen. Meals can be had with us in our dining room or quiet meal in the dining room in your villa.
One can go for a walk in the nearby paddy fields, or visit nearby churches and temples or the Alappuzha Beach. There are many other places to visit in Alappuzha including the old town itself. The visits to theses places can be arranged as per your choice and taxis organized for it.

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
