An independent luxurious fully furnished 8 BHK bungalow in the posh location of Koramangala, 4th block, stone throw away from Sony Signal, and Hole in the Wall cafe.
Abhishek Barman is the host for this homestay that offers a great alternative to hotels. Abhishek has several years of experience in the hospitality industry. There is a landscaped lawn area and a private terrace to relax and enjoy the day. Ample ventilation to refresh your mood.
There will be a 24x7 housekeeping and a well trained cook at the property. The fresh homely food provided by our cook is unbeatable. No more eating preserved foods at hotels. The housekeeping will be done every day.
We have installed CCTV cameras in almost all common areas of the property. Unlimited hi-speed internet facility is provided. No usage limits. TV, Wardrobe is provided in every room, as well as in the common area. There is a large parking space that can easily accommodate 4 sedans. There is an additional storage room as well.
There are three types of rooms: 1) 4 Deluxe Rooms: King-size (more than 200 sq.ft.) bed with attached bathrooms, 2) 1 Mezzanine Room: There is a queen-sized bed as well as a single bed on the mezzanine floor, with attached bathroom. 3) 1 Studio Room: The room has a king-sized bed, a sitting area, a private kitchen, a storage space, and an attached bathroom.

About the Area
The property is located in the heart of Silicon Valley of India, Koramangala. Some of the most popular restaurants (Tim Thai, Hole in the Wall Cafe) and brewpubs (Barleyz, Prost) are located within walking distance. The nearby Forum Mall is a preferred hangout hub for millennials. Shopaholics can easily get a retail therapy at the shopping district along the 100 ft road in both Koramangala and Indiranagar.
Nearest well known landmark known to everyone in Bangalore is the Sony Signal in Koramangala (a suburb). With Koramangala, the two landmarks are Panasonic Showroom on the 100 ft. road, and Ooty Chocolate. Both are less than 5 min walk from the property.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
