Kalpana Yoga Homestay is a family run cosy homestay where you will be received by hosts who open their home and hearts to you.
We strive to provide personnalised care and warm hospitality without intruding on your privacy. Our home is a beautiful bungalow is the heart of one of the poshest residential area of Jaipur, built right at the foot of the oldest fort of Jaipur. Close to the train and bus station, we are only five minutes away from the old Pink City of Jaipur.
Our large sized rooms are air conditioned with attached modern and well equipped bathrooms. We meet the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness and provide quality linen and furnitures.
You can enjoy home cooked meals, either in private or with the family as per your desire.
We will share with you useful tips about exploring the city, local art and culture. We can also advise you about the best bargains when you enjoy the exquisite shopping in Jaipur.
The hostess is a renowned yoga guru and holistic advisor. You may also gain some unforgettable yoga experience under her guidance if you are so inclined.

Aarush and his family were delightful hosts- kind, generous and always willing to help.
We had a really good time staying there, they included us in their holi celebrations, took us shopping and served us yummy breakfast.

The homestay was a beautiful building, superbly decorated and clean. For us it lacked the homestay feel with the room really being split away from the main house. There was no real communal area, no other guests staying (To the best of our knowledge) and we had dinner on our own at the dining room table. The elder son was terrifically helpful organising trips and train tickets and offering advice on places to eat. The Peacock restaurant was walking distance away and superb.

Our stay with kalpana and her family was very enjoyable, kalpana was always around to answer our questions and did her very best to make sure we had all we needed. We took part in one of Kalpana’s yoga classes and for a true beginner she gave great onsite into the yoga practice, take a morning class you won’t regret it. We felt welcomed into her home.
The area around Kalpana’s home is very friendly and welcoming. Check out the Chillout bar when you go! Lots of places to dine and relax. Kalpana will help to organise all of your needs from booking train tickets to a day tour with one of the local companies to visit places of interest.
Our stay was during the Holi festival, what a joy to be a part of everywhere we went we were welcomed.... it is a must do thing that should be on your list.
We are very grateful to kalpana and the surrounding people of Jaipur for giving us a life time of memories that we will be sharing with our friends, families and wider communities.

My father and I had a wonderful stay at Kalpana's Homestay. We were in adjoining rooms on the Terrace -- spacious, spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable. We ate the expanded (Indian) breakfast every morning, as well as dinner one evening -- delicious! And I especially enjoyed the morning yoga opportunities. The location is very good -- a longish (but doable) walk from the Old City, and loads of tuks-tuks available along the way if you don't want to walk. A quiet neighborhood, but near more bustling streets, and several good restaurants in close proximity. Thankful for such a wonderful homestay experience for our last stop in India!

Kalpana homestay was a perfect abode for us to enjoy the Pink city. It made our overall travel experience richer..
Kalpana’s warmth and the ambience of the homestay were top notch. Location is excellent, safe and close to main attractions. The hosts were very helpful. Wonderful Authentic Indian dinner cooked by the host was a great bonus.

It was a privilege to have the opportunity to meet Kalpana and Pradeep and to stay in their lovely home. The property is beautiful and our large, well-appointed and comfortable room opened onto the spacious upstairs terrace.
They were warm and welcoming hosts who were quickly forthcoming with advice and recommendations to make the most of our limited time in Jaipur. Nothing was too much trouble. The home-cooked food is wonderful but they also encouraged us to experience dining elsewhere locally.
We would love to return.

I had a wonderful stay. The room is very modern, clean and comfortable. The host family is so warm and welcoming. The neighborhood is bustling during the day but quiet at night for a good night's rest. The homestay is charming and inviting. My favorite part was being able to take a morning yoga class right outside my door. Highly recommend!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
