House Rules
1) After a Booking is confirmed by Homestay.com, We request the Booker to PAY us an Advance of 30% before Check-In.
2) Requests for Meals (Veg /Non-Veg/ Eggs) are to be ordered earlier as we are Homestays and food is prepared FRESH at home..
N.B. :-. Non-Veg may have to be ordered in advance . Available all days except Tuesdays and Saturdays.
3) Local visitors if any are not allowed to use Room .
4) Self / Private Check-In
5) No Room service, meals and breakfast are served in Dinning Area upstairs .
6) Any sort to damage conducted has to be compensated by guest .
7) Gates closed 11:00 PM .
8) No Pets
9) CHECK-IN 1:30PM onwards, CHECK-OUT - 07:00AM onwards untill 11:00AM
10) No Infants . Child above 06yrs - 10yrs are Welcome and can use same Beds alongwith parents. with Extra Charge @Rs.300.00, All Children ABOVE 10yrs will be counted as ADULTS. and will have to use EXTRA BED .
11) Extra Bed with Breakfast @Rs. 1000/-

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
