The Luxurious Home Stay in Joshimath Himalayas
Our place is laid in the most convenient location in the heart of Joshimath at Marwari, (Near J P company / G R E F camp, Marwari), Joshimath, It is very near to the Alaknanda river ,which offer very beautiful and well furnished room with wooden flour & attached kitchen - bathroom, all room have allowance to great view of Alaknanda river & high mountain range with green garden. We are only 5km away from Joshimath on Badrinath -Govind ghat (valley of flowers) highway ,we are located in the peaceful area of Marwari (Joshimath) with easy to all popular tourist attraction.

Garhwal Himalayas is a captivating region of the Indian Himalayas. It is often referred to as the "Magical Showcase of Nature's Splendor" ideal for the travelers to travel, enjoy and relax. Abundant green grassland and wide valleys set against imposing snow-clad mountains; crystal clear lakes, flowing rivers and spurting streams and fruit laden groves are characteristics of Garhwal Himalayas.

The Village: If you are thinking about spending some beautiful days in a Himalayan Village then this is the village to be in. Amongst the heights of the himalayan tops and lush greenery with toppings of snow, there lies the village called Marwari in Joshimath, Uttarakhand. This calm and beautiful village is around 250 kms from Rishikesh, 500 kms from Delhi, and its accessible by road from all these places.

This is a Homestay in Garhwal Himalayas
No television and Intercom in the rooms. Television and Library at The Oryza (roof-top dining area)
Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon
Rooms are tentatively blocked for upto 3 days from the receipt of your e-mail/booking request. The bookings are confirmed only after full payment of room rent in advance for the entire duration of stay
The rates quoted are for room only, per night basis
Each room can accommodate upto 2 adults and 2 kids (below 5 years) OR maximum of 3 adults
Extra floor mattress and extra blankets are available at extra charge
Heaters and electric blankets are available free of cost only during winters
The Homestay is equipped with inverter support
Our kitchen operates only during regular meal times, morning 5:30 to 10:30pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
