Our place is a value for money fully equipped “FAMILY STUDIO HOUSE” in the calm and quite atmosphere of Kakkanad - The IT hub of Cochin. This Home stay offers high quality accommodation in finish and maintenance in an affordable budget including breakfast.
TRANSIT HOME STAY, neighborhood of KADAMBRAYAR ECHO TOURISM VILLAGE and WONDERLA amusement park, Cochin - accommodates 1 to 4 member family conveniently and economically.
FAMILY STUDIO HOUSE
A spacious hall designed as “FAMILY STUDIO HOUSE” with a living and dining area followed by a Kitchenette. 12 flight up stair AC/ OR AC double bed space is there for this accommodation. Two floor mattresses is provided if needed.

LOCATION AND PROXIMITY
This house is located in the calm and quite atmosphere of IT hub of Cochin called Kakkanad. It’s a semi residential area with family people around.
Neighborhood is a baker called “OCCASSIONS” serving homemade delicacies and sweets.
“ WONDERLA” ,one among Kerala’s and Asia’s biggest water theme amusement park is 3 Kms near this house.
KADAMBRAYAR ECHO TOURISM VILLAGE AND BOAT CLUB is in our neighborhood.
This house literally serves you a transit and comfortable home stay for one travelling towards Keralas tourism destinations -Munnar, Thekkady, Kummarakom, back water house boat cruise, Cochin heritage places, Lullu Mall etc.
For those medical tourism travelers – Rajagiri Hospital, Aster Medcity, Amrita Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, PVS Lakeshore Hospital is all in the radius of 15 Kms.

House Rules
HOUSE RULES, MANDATES, EXCLUSIONS
As per the rules and laws of Local Government Authority and Police, government issued ID proof in original for Indian citizens and passport for foreigners must be produced on check-in time. Parties and events are allowed with prior consent and full details, but "Quiet Time after 10 PM" and liquor is not allowed. No third party is entertained. Certain amenities and facilities like kitchenette facility, Air condition, DTH, Breakfast etc is chargeable. Please confirm it before reservation.

Check-in after 4 PM should be informed in advance.
Late night Check-in MUST be informed in advance and allowed only with proper ID card.
ADVANCE AND PAYMENT METHOD:
Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com)
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 15 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
