Located away from the din and bustle yet in the hub of activities. It is a luxurious duplex villa,covering 2200 sq ft each floor, consisting of 4 spacious bedrooms with luxurious attached washrooms.A lounge area with a dining space and a set kitchen.The villa is surrounded by beautiful landscape garden, pool, gym ( Pool & Gym available for guests staying more than three weeks},playground for children,path to walk around, sports activity centre and 24hrs security with no intervention of any trespassers.Absolute peace and tranquility to soothe your nerves and free yourself from stress in life.

Axis Mall - Within 5 min. for all your grocery, shopping & movies.
City Centre 2 - 20 min. for all your shopping.

My place is well connected with call a cab like Uber & Ola.
As for me and my partner, she is a working professional and I, a businessman. You would find me & her home most of the time if we are not traveling out. We are very easy on the soul and believe in the old Indian ideal " The guest is equivalent to god," and try to live by this old belief in us. Photo Identification to be carried and a copy to be given to the host.
Smoking allowed in the backyard or front lawn but not in the villa.
Peace and tranquility of the house to be maintained all time.
Mine is more of a self help place, so treat the place like you would treat your own house :-]
Follow check out time and if delayed by any reason, pls. inform the host, always considerate for an hour and not beyond.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
