Hello everyone ‘SAI DHAM’ is a home stay with 2 independent double bed rooms . The room has a king size double bed . Its a perfect retreat for tourist who want to run away from the hectic city life. It is situated on virgin beach with white sandy coast. Kanchugodu is a village and a beach near Kundapur Karnataka , It is one of karnataka’s most beautiful (URL HIDDEN) is about 55 km from udupi.NH-66 runs next to the beach and the Suparnika River flows on the other side of the road,
The space
‘SAI DHAM’ a beach house situated less than 50 meters away from the beach. You can enjoy breathtaking view of the sea right from our Bungalow and enjoy relaxed stay at this Bungalow surrounded by coconut groves.
Our beach house is excellent place to enjoy your vacation with the traditional south Indian food. A complete privacy once you enter this place. Its a HOME away from HOME, and as they say nothing like HOME

1 Kollur, Mookambika Temple 2 Kodachadri hill-station and a trekking place, 3. Om beach Gokarna, 4. Agumbe 5. Murudeshwar, 6. Udupi Shri Krishna Temple , 6. Manipal 7. St Mary’s Island etc -
‘SAI DHAM’ includes 1 private rooms. The room can accommodate 2 persons. The room is designed for 2 persons’ comfortable stay. If required, we can provide cotton mattress to accommodate one additional person.

Mr Rohitkumar Dube our local manager, will be available for any help or guidance you may need during your stay. You will be required to pay for any additional items you purchase during your stay.

We are a family of 2. My self Mr K.L.Ganesh Rao my wife Mrs Carmen Rao We are also living here. We both are practicing lawyers we have matters in various courts i.e High Court Bangalore, High Court Mumbai, and other courts in India. Therefore our local Manager Mr Rohitkumar Dube is available all the time for the guest.
1. This bungalow is managed by Mr Rohitkumar Dube and team who have been working with us for many years. They deserve utmost respect and we will not tolerate any abusive behavior towards them
2. Not suitable for pets
3. Smoking and drinking inside house is not permitted. If you are smoking / drinking in the yard, please ensure to use ash trays and dustbin provided to deposit used cigarettes / any other waste.
Other things to note
- If you are an Indian Citizen, please carry a copy of your Aadhar Card. You will need to provide this to us before Check-In. If you are a foreign national, please provide a copy of your passport before Check-In. You will also need to show us the original to verify when you submit the copy. This is mandatory and required by local police laws.
If you need to have lunch and dinner you will need to tell us atleast 3 hours before as we dont stock anything we just prepare on the request...... FRESH FOOD.....
Each super large King size cots can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults +1 below 10 years child .
Any type of food will be served on request .
Campfire , Barbeque etc can be arranged to make celebrations memmorable .
Cancellations
Strict
Cancellation up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancellation within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and
within 48 hours of booking

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
