As we travel a lot we came across homestays that were comfortable and hygienic , helped us travel light and we made some great friends.Out of our own experience came the idea of letting our place out especially for International travelers especially women as our place is in a great neighborhood , its got great safety features like double doors and video camera surveillance and most important its very central to any activity or travel the guests would like to indulge in given the superb location of our home.
Our apartment is fully furnished with whatever you need like Toiletries and towels , so travel light and save that baggage space for all your shopping adventures.
We are opening our doors to warm kind people to come and share our world while we try as much to make them as comfortable as we possibly can.

About the Area
Our house is located in a Suburb called the "Queen of the Suburbs" in Mumbai on the west . It is an upmarket residential area that is very central and close to all modes of public transport - both rail and road.
The apartment is on a very quiet street and the street leads you to shopping hubs and popular multi cuisine eateries . It is 15 mins from the sea promenade and popular jogging parks. It is also very close to the Beverly hills equivalent hills - Palli where most popular Bollywood stars live and so you would invariably bump into them on the streets during your stay.
We also offer you parking inside the building that is very rare is place starved Mumbai :-)

We don't permit smoking,drugs ,gambling etc or pets at home as every thing around has too many fond memories and we would like to keep them safe and clean and legal. Nothing that is against local and international law is permitted.No unregistered /additional guests are permitted without the consent of the hosts.
Treat and respect our house just like you would treat yours.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
