Spacious Private room with attached bathroom in a apartment with a hammock and plants all around.
My girlfriend and I live here. We are a well-travelled intercultural couple (She is Austrian and I am Indian). It is our home and not a professionally run guest house. You will stay in our guest room :)
We are always looking forward to meet people from various cultures of the world. We are well travelled and hope to understand and take care of your needs to make your stay comfortable.
The house is walking distance to Hauz Khas village and to Delhi Metro (yellow line). 20 mins to airport or the city centre.
24X7 secure and quite neighbourhood. No restrictions on timings.

About the Area
Hauz Khas Enclave is a super quite neighbourhood which is very conveniently located in the central hub of South Delhi. It is super safe and there are security guards 24x7. Swimming pool, yoga, gym, squash courts, running tracks and other sporting facilities are 10 mins away.

House Rules
It is a very quite neighbourhood, so please respect the neighbours; especially at night. no smoking inside the house but there is a balcony or the terrace for smoking.
We are not big on rules, all we ask is to leave the place as you got it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
