We are a small family and our apartment is located in the prime location of north Delhi @ Shakti Nagar area. Our property is registered under BnB est by Delhi Govt. we have centralized A/C beautiful and big rooms which are decorated with a personal touch and keeping in mind, maximum comfort with safety. our rooms are SPECIALLY DESIGNED & ventilated with fresh air and ample sunlight. It is in our habit to maintain a Peaceful & Healthy atmosphere of our premises. International transport cabs like UBER, OLA, Taxi For sure, MERU, etc are available at our doorstep. All our rooms have attached luxurious bathroom with ultra-modern design and maintained with the utmost level of cleanliness and hygiene standards. We give complimentary Broadband Wi-Fi internet. The elevator facility is also there. in case of power cuts, there is a 24 Hrs power back-up.I can assure you that once you will visit us, you will not go anywhere else.. ;-)

Our Home place is located in the center of north Delhi area surrounding top 15 colleges of Delhi university north campus and nearby all major shopping center, cannaught place. All international shopping brands and food joints including KFC, MC DONALD'S, Dunkin donuts and many others are at walking distance. We are surrounded by famous shopping hub called north campus area of Delhi university. Uber car services available at doorstep.
Also , we are approved by Delhi Govt under department of tourism and we have expertise in hosting international guests and domestic guests.
We offer Free complimentary light breakfast with every room and high speed free WIFI connectivity.We offer personalized services to all our guests which even 5 stars can't give.. Our rooms are beautifully decorated with personal touch and care. We take care of small little things for our guests which make them comfy.

House Rules
Given the global impact of the COVID outbreak, we aim to reduce all possible touchpoints between guests and Property management staff while at the property. This policy is developed keeping in mind the government's guidelines by implementing multiple preventive actions and safety measures.
1) Details of the guest (travel history, medical condition, etc.) along with valid government ID and self-declaration form must be provided by the guest at the reception.
2) Unmarried/Unrelated couples/ Delhi state I.D cards: Check-in not accepted.No Refund in such cases.
3) The body temperature of all check-in Guests to be recorded daily using an I.R temp thermometer.
4) Visitors shall not be allowed in checked-in rooms.
5) Complimentary Breakfast ( if opted ) shall be served in the room only. Common area/ lobby area/ lounge etc shall NOT be accessible to the guests.
6) A safe distance of at least 1 meter (3 feet) within the property should always be maintained while at the property. All staff and guests should follow this mandatorily.
7) Do not step out of the room, unless necessary. Wear a mask whenever outside the room.
Clothes should not be washed inside the room.
8) The doors should be kept closed. Limit any contact with the doorknobs as much as possible.
9) Wash your hands frequently with the soaps. Put all disposable plates/cups/bottles after use in the
garbage bag.
10) Room photos may differ from what is shown on the website.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
