It's a independent place in a safe neighbourhood with all the amenities at a great price where best memories of your trip can be made. Its close to all the major tourist attractions and excellent public transportation with connection to airport, bus stands and train stations. Experience India at its best with comfort and warmth of our guest services.
A 7-min walk from the metro in Rajinder Nagar, our Apartment has its own Kitchen, balcony & entrance, good air-con, washing machine & fast free Wi-Fi. We have 3 rooms, a sitting and a dinning area . The local market is just five minute walking from our apartment.

About the Area
New Rajinder Nagar is a Posh residential neighbourhood located right in the heart of city. It has Some good , big parks surrounding the area . The very Famous Karol Bagh Market is Just 1 Km Away, and We are conveniently close to City center ,the is the Famous connaught place which is approx 2 Kms away from our place. There are lots of eating joints just accross the road , bars, pharmacies, phone shops . The nearest metro station is Rajindra Place Metro Station which is just a 7-min walk away.
Shankar Road as known for being centrally located ,close to Ganga Ram Hospital which is just 1/2 Kms walking distance, Gurudwara , Temple, Rajindra place business centre, and many more places can be reached within half an hour. Apart from this, you can easily access convenience stores, fruit and vegetable stores, cell (mobile) service shops, pharmacists .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
