We are located 150m from Veersavarkar Airport, Port Blair and behind Hotel Keys . Coffee cafe is located at 200ms from our house with bakery shop. Cellular Jail ,Marina Park , Water sports complex are 3.5kms from here.
We our-self, stay in first floor of the building and the rooms available are in ground floor and second floor of the building . We heartily welcome people from all backgrounds. We provide a kitchen , if you wish you can cook yourself. Breakfast will be given complimentary !

About the Area
Our house is located at just 100 meters from the exit gate , the main road from our house is at distance of 50m . You can directly walk in to our house without needing a pick up vehicle but vehicle shall be provided if required. We are directly behind Hotel Keys Aquagreen .
We are located at the centre of the city ,The national memorial i.e Cellular jail is just 3kms including Water Sports Complex and Marina Park . The other local landmarks are also very near by to our house. The marked location of our house in map is accurate .

House Rules
There are no such rules except that Its a residential area so no loud noises from T.V /bluetooth speakers( if you have one) should be heard outside the rooms , after 10pm . And smoke in the balcony .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
