The founders of ‘The Mango Villa’ Homestay are Dr. Amit & Dr.Neeti Salvi, the Husband-Wife duo, having keen interest in hospitality. Having their own resort was a distant dream, but never thought of ending it here at ‘The Mango Villa’. Their vision accompanied by passion,has nurtured ‘The Mango Villa’. After studying different hotels & resorts,they felt that travelers choose to relax and enjoy their holidays staying at well kept home like surroundings rather than glitzy hotels. So, the idea of starting a homestay resort was zeroed in.
Keeping in mind the sanctity of environment and modern needs of the visitors a perfect blend was thought of and executed. Now,’The Mango Villa’ is not only the most sought after accommodation by travelers in the region,but has also become a source of income for the natives.
This property has peaceful & natural surroundings.’The Mango Villa’ has been developed for more than 10 years now.You can soak in a mix of rural and urban lifestyle with modern amenities,where the rooms are having large sit-outs and attached spacious bathrooms.
Couples love to stay in the top-end rooms where the bathrooms are huge and fitted with jaccuzi bathtub and walk-in closets attached. Living at ‘The Mango Villa’ is an experience in itself, where it has an edge over all the resorts in Ratnagiri.

Booking will be confirmed subject to full payment.
An accommodation is blocked for maximum of 24 hours and automatically relieved after the expiry of the period.
More than 2 pax per room will be charged extra.
Outside Drinks and Food are not allowed in the premises.
All footwear must be left on the rack outside the main door.
Smoking in the premises is strictly prohibited.
Visitors to the guest will be restricted from entering the premises unless prior permission is sought from the property manager.
The guest cannot conduct any kind of celebrations or gatherings without seeking proper permission (in writing or email) from the property manager.
A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in in the form of cash/debit card/credit card.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
