Drive Inn and convenient home stay with loving and friendly atmosphere. Situated in Shimla capital of Himachal Pradesh. I personally resides on the property and 24*7 I am available to offer guidance and advice to guests, as well as light breakfast will be provided in the morning to the guests. The light breakfast is included in the prices that I have listed on account. Tea, Coffee, and toast or Fruit will be served in the Breakfast-nothing more.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in quite and safe suburb. We are 3km from the city centre. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop.

House Rules
1. Loud music or noise in the guest rooms is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other guests.
2. There is no elevator.
3. Vegetarian or non vegfood can be prepared at home on prior intimation for a nominal charge.
4. Room service is available.
5. House- keeping service is providef on request.
6. Meals ( Lunch/Dinner - Veg./Non-Veg.) can also be ordered from restaurants as per their actual food menu prices and delivery charges.
7. Homestay is a smoke free property. Smoking is allowed inside the rooms only.
8. Rates are on per room basis, fir 2 people maximum occupancy.
9. Only 1 extra bec is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 500/-.
10. Check in time is after 12:00 pm and check out time-12:00 pm.
11. Items left behind: Regular items left behind require you to contact us for return wuthin India for a flat fee of INR 500.00(Larger items will incur extra charges)
12. Guests are required to provide Passport/Visa details at the time of Check-In and fill up registration form and guest register as required by the Law.
13. Extra bedding for children abive 5yrs of age.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
