Maidawan Corbett homestay is situated on the bank of Mandal river very next to Corbett national park, a visit to the village,jhoola pul(rope bridge) riverside activities, such as swimming, bathing, sunbathing etc silent, neat and clean environment in between lush green forest with chirping voice of birds. decorative garden lights, music system, bone fire n great tasty food

About the Area
The property is located in the village 'khadrasi' which lies on the border of Corbett National Park
It is approximately 290 kms - 7h 30min from Delhi with the route
Delhi-Kotdwar-Dugadda-Rathuadhab-Maidavan-Khadrasi.
This home stay is registered with "Uttrakhand board"
The entire property can easily accommodate a total number of 25 adults. A Master Cottage with 2 bedrooms is available for 8 people (4 each) and a separate cottage for 4 persons. The remaining 13 guests can enjoy their time closer to the wild, in camps. You'll be provided with every necessity from delectable food to toiletries for hygiene maintenance
It might spook you to know that there are many abandoned villages nearby (calling all night crawlers)! But Khadrasi is not only inhabited but it boasts of great scenic beauty with camera friendly step farming visuals all around you.
Enjoy fresh dew drops on the lush green grass and each early morning trek around the village is nothing short of a heavenly ascent-descent. Here, Jhula Pull is a must visit.

*15km away from Maidawan there is a "Ranigarh Fall" and up side there is a pool it is an unexplored area.
* 7km away from Maidawan there is an another waterfall

*Near to Maidawan there are two places for treking Nanidanda and Haldukhal.
In Nanidanda you can do trecking in jungles and also see "Sun Rise" and "Sun Set"
In Haldukhal there is a famous temple *Bingo Devi* in the top of the mountain it will take 1/2hr. For treking there

I don't know where to start from.
Devender Ji's property is the best property by far that I have been in last 4/5 years.
This place is home away from home.
Scenic perfection surrounded by hill with river flowing just 100 metered from his place. His place is also full of natural Beauty.And the host Devender Ji is an amazing host , this man is something else , his hospitality is class apart, his support staff is amazing as like him and his place.
The food that they server is fresh yumm and like home food made by mom.
We went there to celebrate our kids bday and Devender Ji went out of the way to make arrangements for kids bday and his human side is best as he himself was looking after our arrangements.
Words are less to describe Devender Ji place and also about Devender Ji , he is a very very nice human being and one of the best host that I have been too.
I can assure anyone reading this review just visit his place one if you need a peaceful , lovely vacaction in the lap of nature.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
