My name is Winda and my home is 1 km away from central Bogor. My dad lives there alone, so I can rent 1 bedroom (with ensuite shower and aircon) for guest who would like to live likes locals and enjoy old javanese wooden house (village style) in city center. I bought the wooden house and furniture from a village in central java (javanese call it pendopo or hall, for family room/meeting/dining), while the tiles are handmade and special order. The wooden house is old, rustic and so traditional. But the bedroom and kitchen are modern.
My dad is 71, he enjoys television and gardening. My mom lives nearby too, so both of them will take care of you during your stay. I work and live in Jakarta and will only visit the house on weekend.
Additional Info
The room rate includes the following services: wifi and 5kg laundry and press per week (for stay min 1 week). Laundry is available for only 60cents per kg.

About the Area
We are 1.5 km away from the center of Bogor. You may take taxi or ojek (taxi motorbike) from the bus terminal/airport shuttle/station.
Meals

House Rules
We will treat all guests as our friends. You can use the kitchen and inform us if you need anything, we'll do our best to assisf you.
We expect all guests to adhere to Indonesia rules and regulation, no drugs, no alcohol and party in the house. Smoking is allowed (outside the bedroom).
Please put all your belongings in the room and lock the room when you leave it. Do not bring your guess to the bedroom, you can meet your guess at the hall/pendopo.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
