About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of Bukittinggi city on the outskirts of the city with cool and cool air, beautiful, quiet and safe. In front of him lies a wide field of rice fields and behind him hills, on the right the Bantoroyo Playground, and on the left the Tirtasari Playground. We are 11 km and approximately 15 minutes drive from downtown Bukittinggi (Jam Gadang).

House Rules
1. Booking must be accompanied by a down payment (DP) Min 25% before check-in. Full payment must be made at check-in. The account number for the transfer will be sent via SMS/WA/BBM Japri.
2. The tenant must provide a photocopy of the Identity Card, and leave 1 original KTP/SIM/PASSPORT as guarantor to the Owner and will be returned at check-out, and must fill in the data and signature on the sheet that we have prepared.
3. The earliest check-in time is 13:00 WIB, while the check-out time is 12:00 WIB.
4. Check-out after 12:00 WIB to 18:00 WIB will be subject to an additional fee of 20% from the previous price. Check-out after 18:00 WIB is calculated as 100% full price.
5. Guests of Bunga Sonsang Homestay Syariah, husband and wife are expected to show valid proof of themselves (Marriage Certificate) and are prohibited from bringing other women / men who are not their relatives
6. The maximum guest capacity is two people for one room, except for triple, family, or dorm type rooms which can indeed be filled by many people
7. If the guest capacity exceeds the specified, an additional fee will be charged or an extra bed is required..
8. Guests are prohibited from making disturbing noises, committing unlawful acts, and bringing in liquor and drugs.
9. Guests are prohibited from bringing home goods or hotel room property. However, there are also hotels that allow it, of course with special conditions, such as replacing it with a certain fee
10. It is not allowed to use electric tools in the room, except for shaving tools.
11. All electrical equipment, water faucets, must be turned off before leaving the room/house
12. No pets are allowed.
13. Prohibited from committing immoral acts
14. It is forbidden to carry out mass political, religious, and shamanic activities in or in the Homestay area.
15. It is not allowed to carry sharp weapons, nor to consume drugs and drink - alcoholic beverages.
16. For the convenience of the next guest/tenant, if you are a smoker, we invite you to smoke in the Pendopo or Terrace. Sorry, smoking is prohibited in the room.
17. It is forbidden to make noise or turn on the TV or music with a sound that is too loud so that it disturbs local neighbors.
18. It is forbidden to paste anything or scribble on the walls and furniture of the Homestay inventory with anything.
19. It is forbidden to take out or move the Homestay's inventory furniture.
20. Kitchen, stove and cooking utensils must be cleaned again after use.
21. You must take care of your valuables yourself, the Homestay Management is not responsible for the loss or damage to the property of the tenant/guest.
22. The money already paid is non-refundable.
23. If the tenant causes damage or loss of Homestay inventory, the tenant will be charged a replacement fee for the damage or repair the damaged item or replace the lost item.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
