Alamanda is a friendly small B&B, or small hotel, 3 rooms inside our beautiful private house (villa's friends say :-) ) and 4 bungalows in the middle of our 4000 m2 rice fields. We are in the green circle of yogyakarta, so close to town but also outside. The Kraton is 15 min. Borobudur 45 min.! the city mall 5 min.!
Alamanda is a hobby from me as retired hotel manager, just love to show our guest how wonderful Yogyakarta is and how nice the people who live here. off course we will help you to visit the Borobudur, Prambana, The Kraton but much more we love to bring you to our local friends to join Java live and to try to understand why Indonesian people are the most happy in the world!

We love to show you Indonesia, Central Java , Yogyakarta as wonderful area, off course we do the tourist sites but prefer to bring you where the real Indonesian lives and works. Our Indonesian village friends like to meet you and show how the live and work and how the make Tempe, Krupuk, Palm Sugar, planting and harvesting Rice, how they teach childeren and much much more things, who are very normale here but straing for most of you.

About the Area
Just 5 minutes from the ring road North Alamanda is situated. in the middle of Rice Fields and close to the kampoeng Trini.
The is the most prefect place to stay, in 15 minutes you are at the kraton (centre of Town) but also close to Borobudur in 45 min. and Prambana and airport in 25 min. Because the circle way have no trouble by traffic. inside town you need to count a maximum travel speed from 15 km a h.!.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
