It's a totaly private room.From our house to subway station is 5 minutes. "I Always drive my guests to the city centre absolutely for free"
we are a Persian family.our house is a beautiful big house. It takes only about 15 minutes to all attractions from the house by bus or a taxi . Our neighborhood is safe and quiet and downstairs and upstairs there are private rooms wuth wi-fi and breakfast where I host.There is alot of public transportation near the house only 2 minutes " walk.,

About the Area
It takes only about 15 minutes from our house by a bus or a taxi to all the attractions. There is alot of public transportation around the house. I almost always drive my guests to the sights and pick them up back home. There are many shops like supermarkets and everything near the house

We had a really great time with Mohamad! He is a very friendly and caring person, who made our stay in Esfahan amazing and unforgettable! When he has time, he is glad to join and therefore we had two great evenings together. We have had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the talking together!
The place is great also!
We would highly recommend to stay here and we hope to see each other again one day.April 2019

Mohamad parle très bien Français et Anglais, disponible et attentionné pour nous accompagner dans les sites de notre choix. Bon petit déjeuner à l'Iranienne et thé le soir servi gentiment par son Papa. Point à améliorer: WC à l'Iranienne (turc) avec des problèmes de reflux…
Chambre et literie pour 3 personnes correcte et indépendante. Conforme à l'annonce et au contrat Homestay. Nous avons bien apprécié Mohamad et sa famille.September 2018
Super séjour chez Mohamad. Lui et sa famille font tout pour vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Disponible, Mohamad vous amène où vous voulez et vient vous rechercher. Sa maman nous a préparé chaque soir gâteau, fruits et autres. Famille à recommander

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
