we have a cozy place in the heart of Isfahan. Our place is close to historical sites and is located in a beautiful street. This Street is ten minutes away from the famous Khajou bridge and twenty minutes walking from the Naghshe- Jahan Square. We live on the first floor with our parents. Our guests, however, will be staying on the second floor with two bedrooms, a dining hall and a private bathroom and a balcony for those who choose the library room. They will have full privacy as if they live in a big apartment. Basically each bed in either rooms is 15 euros per night . Depending on the number of people staying the price will vary. Do not worry at all. Our price is negotiable.However,because the rate keeps changing,we accept euros or dollars. So please stay with us to enjoy real Persian food with our family. Take cooking lessons to have a first hand experience of making Persian cuisine. On top of this, we offer you a free short trip to our private art gallery where you can see and buy authentic handycrafts.

About the Area
our house is located on the north side of Zayande Rood (the main river of the city) and is in at very nice area of the city close to the famous khajou bridge and twenty minutes walking from the magnificent Naghshe Jahan Square. The Bus station is five minutes away and to the airport is 30 minutes driving

Shima, Amir and their family were the most lovely hosts we had in our travel in Iran.
During our 4 days, we have experienced the best of iranian hospitality: as soon of our arrival from Paris, they took care of us and were concerned that everything is going well. They advice us nice places to visit and drove us sometime in places we would never found by ourselves.
The breakfast was so delicious : eggs, cheese, vegetables (we will never forget the spinach dish), fruits...and never the same eveyday.
The library room is very spacious, huge, and confortable. The location of Shima's house is perfect, near the center, and in a very nice neighbohood.
To choose for stay in Isfahan without any hesitation.

Very nice and kind family, they try to make your stay as good as possible. Nice breakfast in the morning with the entire family with great food and nice conversations. The library room is very big and nice. The house is very clean and you have enough privacy if you want that. Very good location, walking distance to everything in the city, and about 20 min walking to metro station.

The stay with Shima and her family was really perfect. They did everythng to make our stay in Isfahan easy and interesting and helped us whereever they could. Food was great!

Shimas family welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home right away. The house is spacious and very clean, the location is just perfect, right between the main spots of interest for tourists and just a 15 minutes walk to Nagsh-e Jahan. Shimas mother in law served us very delicious food and an extensive breakfast. We really had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this homestay. Excellents petits-déjeuners en famille, copieux et faits maison. Confitures délicieuses, petits plats typiques qui composent un excellent brunch. Shima, Amir et leurs parents sont une famille iranienne qui permet une immersion dans le meilleur de l'hospitalité de ce pays.April 2019

It was a pleasure being hosted by Shima and Amin.
We were warmly welcomed into their home and enjoyed an authentic experience of life in Isfahan.As hosts, they went above and beyond when they invited us to their parents’ house to celebrate Nowruz (Persian New Year) where we got to partake in the festivities and dinner like we were a part of their family. It was an unforgettable experience for which we were very grateful !
Also in terms of the accommodations, the apartment is very spacious, clean and very well situated.
We particularly liked the library collection (and the deep philosophical discussions it sparked) as well as the private terrace.Close to many attractions (walking-distance to sites like Khaju Bridge, Armenian District, Imam Square) and great traditional restaurants like Shahrzad, Bastani) it’s an ideal location to explore the city.
Shima and Amin were also available to provide tips and recommendations on places to visit.
Overall it was an amazing stay.
We would definitely stay in their home again and highly recommend them to any guests visiting the beautiful city of Isfahan!!

Our stay at Shima's house is definitely one of the best memories from our trip in Iran. She and her family are the most perfect host you can expect. Kind, available, helpful, open minded... The library room is so nice and very huge. All the facilities are very clean. Morning breakfast with all the family is perfect, so much dishes to taste. Shima and her husband Amir drove us to discover sightseeing, restaurant, and helped us a lot for activating Iranian telephone.
We appreciate all the time they've spent with us and all the conversations we had. We can do nothing but very much recommend to chose Shima's place for your stay in Isfahan.October 2018

During these two days, we experienced the best of Iranian hospitality thanks to Shima and her family: we had (very tasty) breakfast together, had interesting discussions.... Shima and her husband Amir were lovely, well educated and open-minded. They advised us (and even came with us to!) nice place to visit or restaurants to discover the best of Iranian food.
The location of Shima's house is ideal : from walking distance to all main tourist places and very comfortable and clean inside.

Shima and the family made my trip as a whole a memorable one! The hospitality and genuine interest of our conversations really made my experience incredible. I even came back to stay with them again when I was back in Isfahan. I really do suggest anyone thats looking for a place to stay, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Far from it!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
