This house is 10 kilometers away from Tehran.Located in the garden area of Lavasan city.We have a caretaker.I am a lady and my mother lives.This is a 3-story house.The first floor of our dogs lives on and there is a suite.I am an animal supporter.The second floor is 250 meters with 3 rooms and two toilets and furniture.There are two guest rooms with two double beds.Internet, satellite, washing machine, dishwasher, LED TV, heating, air conditioning, elegant balcony, microwave oven, Alpine skiing machine, at home.The balcony is about 20 meters.Land area is 1200 meters.With cherry trees, cherries, pears, plums ... and rose plants.This unit is suitable for 10 people, plus mattresses and blankets.This unit is on a slope and is from the north of the level of the yard and from the south side of the first floor.The life of this building is about forty years with a gable.Round the building is the yard.Renting a car from here to downtown Tehran is about $ 1.5.With my own car, I can take guests to places of interest in Tehran and even other cities Or help them and provide them with the necessary information (I know a little English and Turkish.).This home has a camera .My name is Marjan . About the Area
Lavasan is a garden town around Tehran. Good weather. It is about 10 km from Tehran. This area is beautiful and close to the Shemshak Ski Resort and the Dizin Ski Resort. Lavasan has a lake with its bike path around it. People in this area are often wealthy and highly educated. Restaurants and coffee shops are good and the people of Tehran often come to the area on holiday.The protected area of Varjeen is near Lavasan, which has animals such as gooseberries or whole. Fasham and Jajrood rivers with the Lateyan Dam near this area. House Rules
We have dogs, we have to close the yard door.Do not sound at the top of the balcony for dogs because they disturb the sound of their neighbors .For dogs, do not throw food from the balcony.Do not get upset at 23 to 7 in the morning, like making music big.If you do not know the use of a dishwasher, laundry or other equipment, ask the host.Do not use the internet to download movies or games because it will end.Do not go to the balcony or the yard without clothes or half-bare.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
