I have stayed in Airbnbs in many places and countries. This one was one of the best for the following reasons:
Mohammad is a very friendly, kind, educated, pleasant, helpful, and interesting person.
The house is immaculately clean. At least once a week it is cleaned professionally.
It has a kitchen fully equipped with all needed utensils, pots and pans, and other kitchenware, etc. I like cooking and didn't come across anything that I needed and wasn't there.
Bedroom was large with wall to wall window for natural lighting, firm and comfy bed and mattress.
Two clean bathrooms with shower and amenities.
Very spacious living room with plenty of natural light and super comfy and firm sofas and loveseats.
The host has a vast amount of information about places of interest in Tehran and other parts of Iran.
The locatin is very central and close to one of the largest supermarket, a large and beautiful park, a bus terminal (which is handy for traveling to other major cities), and subway stations. All within 15 minutes of walking distance.
For me the absolutely marvelous thing was so many interesting books they had in variety of subjects. I really enjoyed browsing through them, always finding an interesting book to read.
I am thoroughly satisfied. I loved the place and am thankful to the host for his pleasantness and hospitality.July 2022
5 hearts are not enough because I didn't expected to be host like a member of the family. Roshammak wasn't here so Mohammad welcomed me in his spacious appartment with 2 friendly cats. I didn't have anything in particular planned so Mohammed proposed me different activities. He accompanied me with his car at museum, in small art galleries, I attended with him at a classical music concert and pop music concert, visited monuments, gardens... and helped me to change my money and to learn and pronounce some precious words in farsi (iranian language). I definitively recommand Ibrahim and his wife. If they are free to host you, you are lucky.

I stayed with Roshanak and Mohammad for 2 months in Tehran. Not only are they are the nicest and the most welcoming hosts you can possibly hope for when visiting Iran, but they also made my experience there absolutely unforgettable in all ways.
From a practical perspective, their appartment is spacious, comfortable and very well located, at the center of Tehran - walking distance from shops and trainstation, which is very precious in such a huge city ! They are very caring hosts, as they would always make sure I had everything I need. As I was staying for a summer internship, they helped me getting familiar with my new environment, gave me precious recommandations and tricks about life in Tehran - about the banking system, money rates, the feminine dress code, directions…
During my stay there, they allowed me to share their Tehrani lifestyle as architecture professor and art manager. We went together to different venues, including art exhibitions on Fridays - which became an important ritual to me after a long week of work. We visited numerous galleries, attended jazz concerts, as well as breathtaking traditional music performances and classic music concerts. Thanks to Roshanak’s unique taste and awareness of the best places to hang out, I got to chill with her and her friends in many nice caffes, where we had the best food - the kind of places you will never find in any European tourist guide. We also very much enjoyed cooking together at home, sharing recipes, listening to music, watching movies and have endless night talks in the cosy kitchen…
We also planned trips together. We headed south and visited the wonders of historical cities of Kashan, Isfahan and Shiraz, where we easily found good accomodations. We even decided to go on a trip to North of Iran where we tasted delicious food specialties along the Caspian see… The breathtaking landscapes I got to see there are forever printed in my memory. Visiting these places with Roshanak was amazing. As a brilliant architect and art lover, she was litterally able to tell me about every single monument we came accross in this country !!
I can now say that it was one of the most amazing and enriching experience of my life, as we became close friends and had the best times together. I feel immensely lucky to have had such amazing hosts and I look forward to having them in Paris and visiting them again in the winter !
See you soon dear friends,

The stay at Roshanak & Mohammad in their apartment was wonderful. They are great hosts, super friendly and always helpful. They had many tips on what to see in Tehran. The recommendations for restaurants and cafes were always a direct hit. A great place to stay in Theran with awsome people! It was a great trip! Always again! Greetings from Germany!

Kheli, kheeeeli mamnoon to you two! Although my stay in Tehran was quite short, Roshanak and Mohammad made sure to make most of it—we had dinner, lunch in some great place after having played bowling together, we went to a music venue, et cetera. The house is situated quite central, with a shopping mall nearby, quiet area, and I had a great sleep after my long and late-night arrival. Whuch Roshanak was kind enough to wake up early to male me enter the house. Thanks, again, and hope to see you both soon again!

Roshanak and Mohammad are amazing hosts and staying at their place was the highlight of my short visit to Tehran. We had a great conversation about Iranian art and architecture and they helped me to find places of interest in the city. The place is cozy and well-decorated. Highly recommended!

Roshanak and Mohammad are incredible hosts! They will definitely let you know what the Iranian hospitality means, they will take care of all little nuances that might appear.
Their home is a warm nice place. You will find there anything you need. And obviously Roshanak and Mohammad will take care of everything.
After staying at their place I can say it for sure - you will find great friends.

Great, experience, lovely couple, they were very patient and take their time to help you know more about the culture, places where to visit and help me to find couple of best events in town, including concerts and theatre which I absolutely loved.
The house is very clean and rooms are big enough for two persons.
Thank you very much for your hospitality Roshanak and Mohammad and congratulation on your wedding, I wish I could make it, but unfortunately I had to leave Iran.
With best wishes for long loving life together.
