Hi, if you're looking for a quite floor only for you and/or your family, it has been made for you. ;)
The floor is NOT shared and you will the only person who lives there and you'll have the keys. The place is quite clean and calm so you can have a good nap after a long day of journey or study and a nice and safe place to sleep at night. There is a grand park only 2 minutes far from the place and lots of cafes around it. The apartment is located in of the most important streets of Tehran and you can find any things you need around you. like many restaurants and also a hospital in case of need. The place has 3 floors that the 3rd one is yours. A nice and peaceful Iranian family leaves in the first and second floors, so they will help you when you need something or want to find a place to go. About the Area
Our place is located between of the two most important streets of Tehran, Enqelab and Vali-asr. There is 3 metro stations close to the place and only 2 minutes walk from the grand Laleh park. you can find many cafes around the place and also a good hospital in case of need. The place is surrounded with education centers and very close to the Tehran university of medical sciences, so this can describe the safety of the place. But the place is also so quiet and calm. please text me for more information. :)

Nothing unusual, just make respect to the family who live in the lower floors as they make respect to you. whole the floor is yours, behave it like you own home and feel at home. :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
