I am an English teacher. Educated in Persian language to university level, I also speak Turkish very well.
I live by myself on the third floor of an apartment, one of a few in this big purpose built house. A clean and cozy place with a kitchen, one bedroom, one living room, a bathroom and WC.
I'd like to share the apartment with my guests and I do my best that you have a memorable stay in Iran.
I love cooking traditional Iranian foods, reading books, travelling, listening to music and walking.

About the Area
The house is very conveniently located: 5 km from the city center, local shops, 5 min access to bus (BRT) and underground railway station (Metro) and only 20 mins drive from Mehrabad Airport. The Metro and the BRT will take you to all destinations in (greater) Tehran conurbation at unbelievably low cost. An hours journey to many tourist destinations may cost you 30 cents or less! The bus stop is only 5 min walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop.
Tehran Bazaar, Marmar, Golestan and Niavaran Palaces, Sa'dabad Complex and Milad Tower among numerous other sporting and tourist destinations are easily and cheaply available by Metro, BRT and other transport.
You will love your homestay experience from my place.

Mutual respect and commonsense is the best guide.
For your safety and security and mine, keep my apartment secure when entering and leaving it.
If you need to have a set of keys, I will take a refundable $20 deposit and a copy of the main page of your passport.
Payment in full is required on arrival (US Dollar, Pound or Euro only).
Keep noise to a minimum and whispering is allowed after 10:30 indoors!
We take shoes off before entering the apartment.
Please leave the bathroom and WC as clean as you find it.
Please do not invite strangers into my apartment; if you have to invite a family member or a friend over just discuss it with me in advance.
No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs and no pets.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
