My house was built in Qajar era, more than 150 years ago, in the historical neighborhood of Yazd which is a 10-minute walk away from the most tourist attractions in the city. It is 300 square meters and has two yards; it was refurbished from March 2017 to March 2018. The has hosted travelers from the first day of the current solar year.
I spend time with my guests and as I live in the house I am available all the time during their stay.
My major is environmental studies and I am also a tour leader and I hold nature tours and mountain hiking tours for my guests. I believe travelers should feel at home here and I do my best have the atmosphere very friendly.

The best homestay we had in Iran. Vahid is a very good and helpfull host. He provided us towels and a so comfortable room, with private bath in the room, with hot water. Wifi was good. The room is so nice with white walls. Outside there is a beautiful patio and a garden where we could enjoy delicious self service breakfasts (fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee, eggs, bred, butter, jam, ham...). Every morning Vahid come to check if everything is Ok about breakfast. We stayed 3 days, because so many things to see in Yazd and around (Kharanaq Chack Chack and Meybod village). Yazd is a so beautiful city, and Vahid Guesthouse is located just right in the old city, where you can walk several hours and see shops, bazar and cafés. We highly recommand to book the place in Yazd !

I spent three nights here, and I must say Vahid house is just amazing. All the rooms in this historic building are around a beautiful and peaceful traditional courtyard, where you can rest, have breakfast and chat with him, with his mates (including a speaking funny parrot!) and other guests.
The rooms are clean, wide and comfortable, and they match really well the old and the new elements.
The guesthouse is in a silent and central neighbourhood, easy and fast to get from there by walking to the most delightful spots of the city.
All the people working here, Vahid, his friend and his cousin are very hard-working, kind and helpful guys. They are always keeping an eye on what you might need, 24 hours.
I hope everything goes great for you, dear hosts!

We highly recommend staying in Vahid's guesthouse. It is a very pleasant place, rooms are clean, the house is so nice and well located in the old city of YAZD. Moreover, Vahid is a real professionnal and helpfull host. One of our favorite places during our stay in Iran ;-)))
