Our two-storey, detached, 3 bed house is situated on its own grounds in a leafy country lane. It is a 10 minute walk to the local town of Clonmel, Co Tipperary.
20 minutes by car from the M8 (Cork - Dublin motor way) exit at junction 10.
I, Roisin am retired and live with my adult daughter also named Roisin, and our 2 year old Bichon Frise called 'Belle'.
I have 2 spare double bedrooms with shared bathroom (with family).
Living area is open plan with a separate TV room.
We enjoy walking, reading and eating good food.

About the Area
Our house is located on the outskirts of the town, a 10 minutes walk to the centre. There are bus and rail services to nearby cities, 2 hours to Dublin by car, 1 hour to Cork. Kilkenny and Waterford are less than one hour. We are situated in between the Comeragh and Slievanamon mountains. There are many scenic walks and historical points of interest nearby. To access countryside amenities it may be an advantage to hire a car.

Roisin is a very warm and kind person. The beds were great, and breakfast delicious. It was a wonderful stay. The walking distance to town was only 10 min. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

What a wonderful stay! Roisin was so attentive and such a welcoming host. The house was full of character and the room itself was very spacious , clean and comfy. We felt a real home away from home! Delicious breakfast too! Would love to stay there again. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

Me and my mate stayed for two nights and we couldn't of asked for a better host roisin was lovely to talk to and get along with I'd highly recommend staying there to anyone . We know we will be back for sure .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
