We live in a 4bed house in Clontarf with 3 children and 2 dogs. Excellent area beside very big park and seafront. Bus route and dart service on door step. near clontarf village, library etc. Homestay suited to students/guests who work/study/ explore during the day. Not suited to guests who want to spend all day in home.

BATHROOM RULES
Use shower curtain in shower .
Remove hairs from plug hole.
No sanitary towels/tampons/ facial wipes in toilet.
One shower per day.
Showers should be quick. No more than 5mins.

weekdays : 7am _ 9pm
Weekends : 8am _10pm
When you need fresh towels , just ask!
KITCHEN RULES
Wash dishes after use.
Student times:
Breakfast time (as per agreement)
Dinner time: 8pm - 9pm (or as per agreement)
Cooking meals is not included in homestay board. Students may use microwave to heat food when required. A fridge will be provided in case guest wishes to keep food fresh and chilled.
Kitchen needs to be used by family outside of hours mentioned above. Table, chairs and light cooking facilities available in room.
GENERAL RULES
No guests
Students /guests are expected to be gone to college/ work during the week days during normal working hours (9am _5pm).
Ensure downstairs windows are closed for security.
All electrical items to be unplugged when leaving for college/work/ activities.
Heating is set on timer so no interference please.
Do not place any items on heater in downstairs room as this is a fire hazard.
Empty bins when full.
Keep rooms tidy.
No food left in rooms(unless sealed) .. This attracts mice.
Shoes to be removed for carpeted rooms please.
When fresh bedding needed, just ask!
As there are children in house, quiet during sleeping hours. At weekends, house will need to be vacated for a 3 hour block to allow for cleaning.
Smoking /vaping illegal substances absolutely prohibited in household.
If not going to college/work, please let family know.
Curfew to be arranged depending on group arrangements. For over 18s, Generally 1130pm weekdays 1230am weekends.

We enjoyed our stay at Priya's house. The location is perfect - close to the city centre, yet away from crowded places, and the best part is the beautiful nearby park and the picturesque sea front within an arm’s reach.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
