Hi I'm Karen, I am an interior designer and run my own business from home. My home is a beautiful old red brick Edwardian house with 4 bedrooms. It is 5 min walk to take the buses to the city centre , and 5 min walk to wonderful gourmet shops , restaurants and local bars , 25 min walk into Trinity college . My neighbor hood is very safe at any time of day or night. I also have 2 dogs ... my girls, Prue and Poppy , they too love to welcome guests into our home !

About the Area
My home is located in an old residential part of south Dublin where you mainly have beautiful Georgian,Victorian and Edwardian houses. It is 25 min walk from Trinity college and very safe to walk home . There are a multitude of busses on the doorstep all going to the city centre. The villages of Rathgar and Rathmines are both 5 min walk .

This is my home please treat it with respect. If you would like a friend to visit its no problem but you need to ask me first. No smoking in the house, please.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
