I live in a nice area beside a big park also close to the beach. Great public transport, easy to access the city. My daughter Orla and grandson Ciaran also live with me. We are close to lots of the most popular colleges in Dublin so ideal for anybody wishing to further their education.

Kate is the best host! She welcomed me late in the night cause my flight was in the evening, and helped me with everything I needed! The room is super nice and was spotless. Super recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed with Kate for 3 weeks while we were doing some papers in Dublin. She is the best host that you could ask for! She let us complete freedom in the kitchen to cook whatever we wanted to, we had a key of the house and the bedroom so we could leave and come back when we wanted to. She even let us use the washing machine so we could have our clothes clean.
The bedroom was perfect! She gave us new sheets and towels every week and was always asking if we needed something else. Also, the bathroom inside the room gives you privacy and it was clean and new!
The house is in the middle from the airport to the city center, I recommend buying a leapcard visitor so you can use the city bus as many times as you want for 3 days/1 week.
I’d totally recommend Kate and her home and I’d be happy to stay with her another time!June 2023

Kate is a very friendly hostess, always available, as the house is well located, close to bus and Dart stops, with a spacious and well equipped kitchen.

An unbeatable experience. The house is very spacious as well as the rooms, my room had its own bathroom, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the garden and interior patio were well cared for. Perfect location: It is less than 30 minutes from downtown by bus and you also have the DART 13 minutes away. Kate is a very nice person, nice and helps you with whatever you need. Finally say that the environment is very beautiful.

Everything perfect, very caring host, clean and comfortable room, quick bus trip to the city center, nothing to complain about at all. Recommendation!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
