Our home is a four bed room family residence in Artane, on the northside of Dublin.
I have a ten yr old daughter and myself and we are also kept company by our family pet our cat midnight.
Our home is open plan with a relaxed lived in feel.
Our main living space is a very large kitchen come dining room with sitting room and tv Theres is a small private kitchen for guests to cook in peace.
The back garden is walled and private and a great place to eat breakfast on a summer morning.
Artane is a quiet leafy suburb in north Dublin. Its has two shopping centres close by and a few pubs , cafes and restaurants. great links to the airport and city.

We require a month deposit and paid monthly at the start of each month.

About the Area
We our located right beside Beaumont hospital ( would really suit an intern)
Our home is located on the north side of the city in a quiet suburb called Artane.
We are 5km from the city centre and 15 mins by car to Dublin airport .
The bus stop 27b to city is practically outside my door. Its just a 1 min walk
We are also a 10 min walk from a main area where most of the buses on the north side stop, going to the city and south Dublin
We are a 15 minute walk to the dart station.

I was living for three months with Olivia and her beautiful family and I had a amazing time with them! They are a very lovely and friendly family. My room was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay a lot and I would love to visit them again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
