Charming Victorian 4 bed home, by the sea in Clontarf Dublin, just 3km from the city centre. I live with my 3 children, and 2 cats in one of Dublin's nicest and safest suburbs. The house is very charming, and totally modernised and we have a lovely big back garden. Great transport links in to the city centre along with a cycle path. We have the sea on our doorstep if you fancy some sea swimming which we do regularly.
