Tom and Isabel live on the south-west side of Dublin with their three children, Lucy Gavin and Laura.
The house is semi-detached and set in a nice estate overlooking a little park.
The house has 4 bedrooms and an attic conversion where the Aupair sleeps.
There are a kitchen and a sitting/playroom at the back of the house and a larger sitting room at the front of the house. There is also a bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.
We overlook a park and there is a bus into the city about 2 minutes walk away - we are also close to a main shopping mall Liffey Valley.

About the Area
Our house is located by the park close to a direct bus into the city centre in a quite cul-de-sac. The 25A and the 25B are only a 5 minute walk from the house.
We are 15 minutes drive from Dublin airport and only 30 minutes by bus to the city.
There are lots of facilities in the area, gyms, supermarkets, library, post office, pubs, restaurants etc

Meals

House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. There is a patio area outside the back where smoking is permitted.
Please keep our home secure and lock the front door both when entering and leaving the house.
No pets allowed inside the house.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily turn up/down for you depending on your requirements.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree is it with me in advance.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
