I live in a large 3 bed apartment in south County Dublin, a few minutes walk from Cherryood Luas (tram) station. The tram takes approximately 40 minutes to get into the city centre. There are also good transport links to Dun Laoghaire and Wicklow for days out and walks in the mountains or by the sea. There are two bathrooms, a large living area and kitchen space. I have a balcony for the days the sun does appear.

About the Area
40 minutes drive or by tram from city centre. 20 minute bus trip to Dun Laoghaire. All transport within short walking distance. Off the main N11/ M11 to Wicklow and the south east of Ireland and off M50 junction 16, signed Cherrywood. Small supermarket close by. Situated within quiet apartment complex.

Close your room window in your room if you are going out.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm please, as we go to bed early!

I have stayed in Anna Marie's home for 3 months and the experience was really great. She is really helpful, really sweet and has always made me feel welcome and at home. The room is cozy and super comfortable. The house has a great ktichen and living room. I would definetly recommend this accomodation.

Anne Marie is just the best! Her rooms are bright, large and comfortable.my bed was so comfy. She made me feel at home and was just the most wonderful host. Her apartment is a little outside the centre but the LUAS is a 5 minute walk, and the buses go to the seaside. So the location is actually ideal. I hope I can stay with her again.

Appartement très bien situé par rapport au tram. Le tram vous emmène en 40 min au centre ville de Dublin. Vous avez 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain. La propriétaire est très gentille et discrète. Vous allez vous plaire à coup sûr.

Anne Marie es agradable y te deja utilizar la cocina y todo lo que necesites, pero la habitación es la única en la que no funciona la calefacción y a pesar de pedirlo varias veces nunca se arregló. Si eres friolero y vienes a Dublín en invierno, mejor busca otro sitio. Además no podrás descansar, ya que su hija trabaja de noche y hace mucho ruido cuando llega, sobre las 4-5 de la madrugada!

Anne Marie is very welcoming and helpful. The apartment and room are great. 5 hearts for sure and a definite recommendation to stay with her, if you get the chance. :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
