I live in a four bedroomed and two bathroomed semi-detached house in a small estate in the City Suburbs. My home is on a main bus route into the City and the but times are very regular. I live with my 20 year old son who is attending University. My home is friendly and welcoming to all. I love company. I do not have pets but can offer plenty of hospitality to share with my guests.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet suburb of Cork City close to supermarkets, restaurants, schools, banks. We live approximately 3 miles from Cork City Centre with a very regular bus route. The bus stop is only 2 minutes from our house so access to Cork City Centre is very simple. There is a regular bus service every thirty minutes which brings you into the city centre within fifteen minutes.

House Rules
Home must be secured when entering and leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but make sure to clean up after use. No guests allowed in my home during your stay without my prior permission. Would expect guest to respect my home and treat it as if it was your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
