Our guests can enjoy a private room(s) in our lovely home by the beach. The room(s) offer a double bed and Private/ensuite bathroom. You can use the kitchen to cook and the living room to relax. Fast internet will ensure your connection. Both rooms are bright, comfy, and cosy. All of our guests loved our location, as we are just 5 minutes from the beach and very close to the airport (less than an hour). Other guests also stay in the house, so you can hang out, or close your door and noone will bother you

About the Area
My house is in a quite and respectable cul de sac 5 mins from the town and beach. There are many walks along the cliffs and amazing sites to see in my town. Some of the most scenic places in Ireland. Along the scenic coast , max drive would be one hour from my house there are caves, beaches, pubs restaurants , museums, castles, golf etc. Co Clare is the best county in Ireland for leisure activities, all sports are accommodated. I live and sleep in the residence and offer 2 double rooms one ensuite , Bed and a Light breakfast only. acees to living room and conservatory, No Cooking . Sat NAV Co-ordinates

Really nice stay, nice personality, house was clean, had our own bathroom, near to the coast and the village with the bars and restaurants! We felt very comfortable in his house and would recommend others to book a host at his house! Thanks Ken!

I spent a week at Ken's home in Kilkee in July. He is a wonderful person and I enjoyed my visits with him.
The house is a 5 minutes walk to the main part town and very convenient to the beach and the walks along the bluffs.
It would be a very nice place to stay for families with young children. It is on a cul-de-sac with no traffic and a large communal lawn where children play. The street is an ideal place for youngsters who like to ride bikes.August 2016

La estancia en casa de ken fue perfecta. La situacion estupenda, a 10 minutos del centro. Las habitaciones grandes y limpias.
Aunque lo mejor es el trato e interes que tiene el anfitrion por sus huespedes.
Ken es amable y se desvive por infirmar y ayudar al recien llegado.

ken was a lovely friendly host who could not do enough for us.if you like the pantry in kilkee then you will love his breakfast lovely clean room with everything you will need .would have no problem staying with ken again only this time would take in one of his well talked about gigs. thanks again ken mike& deirdre.

Kilkee is such a beautiful coastal town, with truly beautiful views and walks. Kenneths home was very charming and welcoming, and is less than 5 mins walking distance from the beach and the town. We were made to feel right at home, and will definately be returning for another trip.. Thanks Kenneth!!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
