A truly unique property, 5 bedroom period house on magnificent private gardens just outside the University town of Maynooth. Greenfield house is set on the grounds of a 10 acre estate. The house is accessed by a private tree lined lamp lit avenue. This five bedroom residence is a modern period house surrounded by mature landscaped gardens. The Tenants can benefit from enjoying these beautiful private grounds. The Property consist of entrance hallway, to the left you are meet by a very large reception room with open fireplace and beautiful views of the gardens. To the right of the property you have 2 more reception rooms both with open fires. To the rear of the property is this magnificent open plan light filled kitchen come living area. The kitchen is fully fitted with built in Gaggenau appliances with Steam oven, Warming drawer, Coffee maker, Microwave, Dishwasher an ideal setting to kick back and relax after a stressful day. Also on the ground floor there is a separate laundry area and downstairs toilet with Shower, toilet and Wash hand basin. Upstairs there is 5 double bedroom which are all ensuite. In the main bedroom you have a sweet of rooms with a walk in bedroom and master ensuite. This is a truly unique property.The propyerty is located 5 minutes drive outside the university town of Maynooth and 2 minutes of the N4 Motorway to Dublin. In Maynooth town there are plenty of bars, clubs, restaurants, Shopping and every amenity you can think of.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
