My husband, my daughter and I warmly welcome friends who come to China on business, for studies or travelling. We also like making foreign friends and exchanging cultural differences. We have small and nice one dog with 8 years.
Our apartment is located at Road Shunyi Shanghai China .Very near metro 11 and 13 Longde station.Go to station by walk 2-3mins.100-150mters.Also near metro 3,4 road jinshajiang station . Near Jingan Temple and zhongshan park..Near ECNU.Go to ECNU by walk 15mins. Go to Jiaotong university by metro 11 only 2 stops.
We have plenty of Homestay experience, since 2008. We ensure that you will have a wonderful time in shanghai no matter if you are here for study or business.
There are three bedrooms, one living room, one dining room, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
The bathroom is very clean and big, and you can enjoy a view of the peaceful lake from the kitchen window.
The guest room is well-decorated with a Chinese flair, and has a big window.
We can also provide you with wireless internet !
The “Green Home” has a gym and swimming pool.
Transportation is very convenient, close to metro line 11 and 13(longde rd station),go to station by walk 2-3 min,also near line 3 and 4 ,13 (jingshanjiang rd station). Go to Jingan temple by metro 2 station only.very convenient area. Go to East China Normal Universation 15 min by walk.
There is also a Carrefour and Bank of China just downstairs.
The famous biggest shapping mall Global Harbor is very close to our apartment, Go to there by walk 10 mins.
My husband is a salesman and my job is focus on developing fabric. We all enjoy culture exchange, and we really love to make friends with different people.We have one boy dog with us 8 years.He is quite.

Il trasporto è molto conveniente, vicino alla linea 11 e 13 della metropolitana (stazione di lunga durata), andare alla stazione a piedi 2-3 minuti, anche vicino alle linee 3 e 4 (stazione di jingshajiang rd). Vai a Jiaotong University 15 minuti con la metro 11 solo 2 passo. È anche vicino al parco zhongshan, zona molto comoda. Vai a East China Normal Universation 15 minuti a piedi.
Vai al tempio jinan con la metro 2 solo per il passo totale. Vai al parco zhongshan a piedi per 15 minuti.
Vai al quadrato persone con la metro 5 stazione 30min. Vai a xujiahui con la metropolitana 3 stazioni 15 minuti

I had a terrific stay with Lily. She and her husband (and Huihui, their dog) really made me feel at home. They live in a fantastic neighborhood, near the Suzhou river, with little eateries all around and a nearby subway station that makes it easy to explore Shanghai. I caught a cold just before I arrived and they couldn't have been nicer. My bedroom was cozy, with a big window. Great visit. Highly recommend to others.

Lily is the best host we can imagine to have in Shanghai. She hosted our son for his 2 first weeks before starting a one year study period in the Fudan University.
First, we exchanged a lot on WeChat in order to ask her a lot of questions. She helped us a lot to organize this travel. Then, she kindly decided to come to the airport to pickup our son in order to help him to find the good way for the first day in China. Definitively we were very lucky to find such a wonderful host, thanks to HOMESTAY, to take care of our son for his first days in Shanghai. Lily proposed him also some arrangements regarding SIM card and travel card.
One day, they took the opportunity of the visit of a friend to invite also my son to the restaurant!
We have not enough word to thank Lily for her hospitality. You can book a room without any risk of bad surprise.

What a wonderful experience with Lily, Xia and Summer! Lily helps with all the practical things, so don’t worry. They also cooked some beautiful food from time to time! Disclaimer: They will share their life with you, so be prepared to be a member of the family and not just a guest they politely tiptoe around!!

Lily, Summer and Frank are a lovely family. All of them helped me around a lot. They love cultural exchanges and enjoy stories from other part of the world. They provided me a clean and cosy environment which is also close to all stores, supermarkets and metro stations. I really recommend them!
The only problem I had was that I didn't know they had a dog. With my dog allergy i couldn't stay for the duration I booked for.Aprile 2018
My Stay with Lily & her family was perfect. The whole Apartment itself was very nice. They really cared for me, showed me around and made me feel very at home!

Lily and her husband were very friendly and helped me with every question I had even if they were busy. The whole flat was very clean. Sadly there was no breakfast even if it is anounced as "light breakfast included". The Location of the homestay is good to get arround by metro. All in all it was a nice experience to be Lilys guest

I was very happy staying with Lily and her family. My room and the apartment had everything I needed, and is very close to a metro station, with easy access to the rest of the city. Lily was helpful with settling in to Shanghai. I would gladly stay again.

I would like to thank Lily and her family for a lovely stay in Shanghai. The family is very kind and they helped me with everything I needed, they also taught me some Chinese dishes. Their flat is very clean and tidy. They have a lovely dog. The flat is close to a metro station so you will get everywhere very quickly. The flat is situated in a green area with a lovely park. The room is quiet and clean with the air conditioning which is very comfortable especially in summer. The family speaks English which is very helpful. I am sure you will enjoy your with the family.

From the very beginning, I had a great feeling about this family. They put me at ease, helped me when and where I needed it and were always very open and friendly.
A number of advantages compared to other families:
- Mother and daughter both speak fluent English
- They cook VERY good food
- Through them you will learn much about the culture. (Even the language if you want)
- They take you as a family member of the family instead of a regular "guest"
- They help you with your residence card, they show the way for public transport and answer all your questionsMy three months abroad flew by in an eye blink and not a day is going to pass without thinking about this family. All the best stories and all the memories with them. I miss it.
To anyone who goes to China and want to stay with a host family I would recommend this family.
