I live in the beautiful countryside of Apulia since 1997 and moved here from Holland. I have 2 dogs and some cats and 3 B&B rooms. Our villa is very centrally situated to see a large part of Apulia including Alberobello with its Trulli (17 km) and Matera (45 min.) and 2 coasts.
I speak your language and know a lot about the nicest places to visit, the beaches, the more special excursions and the best restaurants.
Your dream house in Apulia: I can help you from looking, finding to buying it.
All my rooms (3) have a private bathroom and include bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, and beach bag. and of course there is a good Wi-Fi connection.
You can park on the premisses and against a small fee you can use my washing machine and dryer.
I serve a very good and extensive breakfast and I will ask for your preferences beforehand. No problems with vegetarian.
Our Villa is Adults Only, so you're welcome from 18 years. Only in case a family takes all 3 rooms children from 10 years are also welcome.

About the Area
The Villa is at 8,6 km from Noci, 17 from Alberobello and 6 from the S.S. 100 Bari-Taranto. The nearest airport is Bari (55 km) Brindisi is about 35 min. further away. The nearest beaches at 25 min. An agriturismo restaurant for Sunday Apulian lunches ont the same private road at 3 min. walk and another at 1,5 km open on Friday nights, Saturday for lunch and for dinner alla carte and on Sundays for a set menu. In and around Noci 51 restaurants.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
There is a 100.00 deposit which will be refunded within 7 days after your stay, after deduction of your consumptions from the honesty bar.
Guests receive their own key for the guest entrance and the lighting around the house remains on until 01:00 AM.
The breakfast is very extensive and I can also take into account a diet or serve a vegetarian breakfast. The B&B is Adults Only, so you're welcome from 18 years. Only in case a family takes all 3 rooms children from 10 years are also welcome.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
