Country house with lot of space, far from traffic, big vegetbles garden and green, 500 meters from the sea (the cristal-clear beach Alimini and Baia dei Turchi). Relax, easiness, also ideal for children. Only 4 km from beautiful and historic Otranto. Three rooms, two bathrooms, possibility to use kitchen, laundry, refrigerator etc. Organic products directly from garden. Ideal for bikers, trekking, sea-sports. Possibility for short tours by boat. I live in the same house with my dog. There are three bikes available. Outside: two porches, shower, barbeque, stone oven (ideal for pizzas), table, deck-chairs. Here you can live your holiday in total freedom and easiness. The mild weather allows all-year holidays. Prices are subject to the yearly season; special offers for longer terms periods

About the Area
My house is located in the country 4,5 km north of the nice town Otranto, 500 mt. from the beautiful Alimini beach and baia dei Turchi and between the two Alimini lakes. It is on a secondary street, therefore undisturbed and relaxing even on high season, surrounded by my wide garden and fields. Ideal for families, couples, friends. Otranto has an ancient history and interesting monuments and old streets. The inland (Salento) offers many opportunities, super food-wine traditions, nice villages, happenings etc. Lecce, the main town, is the so-called Florence of Southern Italy with its wonderful barocco palaces and churches. The coast is breathtaking. The area is also ideal for biking, trekking, sea sports, golf (18 holes - 25 km) the whole year thanks to the mild weather. I like to offer directions and suggestions, depending on anyone's tastes and it is also possible to organise something together on request.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
