Our villa is located in Viagrande, ideally between the sea and the most beautiful beaches of Sicily, like Taormina and the Etna volcano.
This location offers the opportunity to spend a vacation ideal for both those who love the sea, as well as those who love the mountains and the Sicilian landscapes.
Our villa is a modern building with well-kept, spacious and comfortable interiors furnished with antique Sicilian furniture.
The Property:
You have access to the entire first floor of the villa which includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large kitchen with dining area, an elegant living area with fireplace, a bathroom and a magnificent terrace overlooking a thriving and lush garden rich in Mediterranean plants from which you can admire a cone Volcanic off, Mount Serra.
In the large outside areas of the Villa at guests' disposal, you will have access to a furnished terrace with barbecue, outdoor tables and indoor parking.
The entire facility is equipped with Wi-Fi, independent heating, satellite TV with Sky decoder and Netflix subscription.

About the Area
Location:
The Villa is located in Viagrande in Sicily - Italy
Viagrande is a small country full of history and ancient traditions, also known for its vineyards and its gastronomy. Characterized by elegance building, with many villas full of greenery and almost total absence of large condominiums. Viagrande has in its territory Monte Serra, an ancient volcanic cone, the lowest sea level, also known for its homonymous natural park.
Inside the natural park Monte Serra, you can visit the butterfly house and practice skiing throughout the year thanks to the presence of an artificial track complete with a small lifts and lighting, a hundred meters long.

The town center of Viagrande offers a wide range of restaurants, bars, pubs and discounts.
- 10 minutes away from Viagrande there are very well-equipped shopping malls and typical local markets.
- At 10 Kilometers you can reach the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches of Sicily (Acireale, Acicastello, Acitrezza, La Playa of Catania) with equipped areas and equipped with all the comforts for a dream holiday at the sea.
- At 30 Kilometers you will reach Mount Vulcano Etna, where you can go hiking, skiing, visiting local boutique crafts with natural lava stone items.
From Viagrande you can reach the most beautiful tourist destinations of Sicily such as Taormina, Acireale, Catania, Syracuse, Ortigia and Trapani.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
