Welcome to our home!
We are happy to host you in our guest room. Our home is calm and serene. You will hear the birds singing in the morning, sometimes hear the waves crashing by the shore.
We are just 10mins walk to the beach, you can catch an early morning sunrise or evening sundowner. We are 5 mins drive to shopping malls (Nyali Naivas and City Mall). The house is located 2nd row from the road, close enough to walk to get public means (about 10 mins walk) but also far from the noise. We are a walking distance from some hotels (Reef, Voyager, Mombasa beach), in case you want to pop in for lunch or a swim. There is ample security, our duplex house is in a secure neighborhood.
Guests are welcome to share the kitchen, the living space, dinning space, balcony, or outside gardens. There is WIFI in the house and guests can enjoy TV or NETFLIX or relax with a good book or play board games (Chess, snakes and ladder and lido available).
We are happy to show you places around if you so wish. I am happy to engage in conversations but also happy to give you your space to rest and relax.

About the Area
Our house is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins drive to the shopping centre. It is surrounded by trees and there is a cool breeze from the sea.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

We are a fun loving and environmental conscience family, thus we kindly request that
1. You use water sparingly
2. Switch off appliances when not in use
3. No jumping on beds or sofas
4. No playing of loud music
5. No un-invited guests in the house
6. Treat the property with respect

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
