Our house is in the outskirts of Nairobi. I live with a daughter who is in her twenties and studying at the university. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living room available. We offer toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board and iron box. Guests can also use our kitchen to prepare their food as well as use the fridge. We are very hygienic and clean . One can also use vegetables and eggs from our farm. There is a spacious outdor and a garden. We are a christian family.We speak in English, Kiswahili and Kikuyu. We are a happy family and we love guests.

About the Area
Our home is on the Eastern side of Nairobi, in a quiet and safe coutryside. It is about one hour drive from city centre and forty minutes drive to JKIA airport. The bus stop is twenty minutes walk from the house. There are a lot of buses using this stop. It has the beautiful sceneries and one can see Kilimambogo hill. The air is very fresh and the people friendly. We are close to a vocational training centre where one can offer voluntary services. One can also access the many tourist attractions and social amenities in Nairobi city and other towns like Ruai and Machakos which are nearby. It's very convenient for tourist, volunteers and researchers and any one needing easy access to Nairobi city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
