Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom Apartment with spacious bathroom , livingroom , kitchenette . Lock off Unit . You will have your separate acess to the apartment for more privacy , but also sharing the lounge area , terrace and swimming pool with the owner of the house that lives in the same property . We , my daughter and I will be hosting you , guide and assist you any way we can and also fix you a light breakfast .
Only 3 blocks from the waterfront , ATM, Grocery Store and less than 10 min walk to the best restaurants in Town . Best residential area in town , super safe and quiet .

About the Area
Our house is located in the north side of the city in a very quiet and safe area , taxis and bus a block from us . 3 blocks away from waterfront , ATM , Grocery Store . less than 10 min walk to the best and quaint restaurants in Town . Less than a mile from International Airport, ( not noise ) and passenger ferry pier .

House Rules
Please no Kids . When you get here i will ask you for a Refundable deposit of $75 usd if anything brakes etc at the end of your stay you will get it back . Also if you want to take the pool towels out i will ask for a 15 usd deposit per towel please be respectful to leave the place in good condition all the appliances available and working as you received it .
Please when you leave the apartment make sure you turn off the lights , the A/C and the fans , electricity in mexico is very expensive , thanks

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
